Not sure I understand your question. In what context do you mean design pattern. Are you talking about the front-end (mobile which have native front ends and web written in Scala with Play) or the libraries written in Kotlin Multiplatform?

We encountered a few issues in earlier version of Kotlin multiplatform (detailed in the article) but they are all resolved in newer version of Kotlin so I would recommend giving it ago!
